Stuff you need
  1. 1 cup freeze dried strawberries
  2. 1 cup pitted dates (soaked for 1 hour and then drained)
  3. 3/4 cup activated almonds
  4. 1/4 cup activated cashews
  5. 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  6. 1/4 activated buckwheat flour (for 100% paleo swap for coconut flour)
  7. 1/4 cup flaxmeal
  8. 1 tbs. lacuma powder (for 100% paleo swap for maca)
  9. 1 tbs. coconut nectar
  10. pinch of Himalayan pink salt
For the glaze
  1. ¼ cup coconut oil
  2. ¼ cup freeze dried strawberries
  3. 1 tsp. lucuma
  4. stevia to taste
Now what
  1. Place all ingredients except for the dates and coconut nectar in a food processor and mix until the texture of fine crumbs.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until a dough forms.
  3. If the dough is too dry, add a tiny bit of filtered water. The dough shouldn't be too sticky.
  4. Shape dough in to about 12 mini doughnuts and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  5. Mix all the glaze ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
  6. Remove doughnuts from the fridge and dip in to the icing.
  7. Return to the fridge to set for another hour.
